Dixon Europe offers hygienic hose assemblies and a full range of stainless steel hygienic fittings and valves for use in the food, dairy, beverage and brewery industries. Fittings are available in a variety of fitting types (RJT, SMS, DIN, IDF & Triclamp) with sizes from ½” - 12” meeting 3A standards.
The Dixon range of suction and delivery hoses are much lighter and more flexible than conventional food & brewers hose and are especially suitable for use with product where completely odourless and taste-free rubber is required. Accredited by Lloyds Register and in accordance the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, all Dixon hose assemblies are tested and certified on-site prior to dispatch
Dixon now offers High Purity BioPharm Fittings. BPE fittings are all manufactured to meet the latest edition of the ASME BPE standard. Sizes available from1/2" to 4" in both weld and clamp ends. Fittings are individually capped and placed in resealablebag complete with material certification.
Dixon offers you the experience of an in-house hygienic expert and the skills of their Engineering Department and manufacturing capabilities for any bespoke design and fabrication requirements including custom designed actuated ball and butterfly valves from the valve actuation workshop.
Dixon Group Europe are proud to announce the opening of their new Valve Actuation workshop offering custom automated valve packages from their Preston offices, most of which can be dispatched within 24 hours thus reducing customer process downtime. All valves are tested prior to dispatch and issued with full certification.
The entire range of high quality ball and butterfly valves can be actuated to customer specification and with a range of stocked accessories that includes limit switches, solenoids and positioners, All actuators have been type-tested to 1,000,000 cycles. Full technical and sales support is available from their qualified technical sales team.
Dixon offer same day and next day delivery on most standard actuated valves and custom fabrications subject to customer requirements.
